Welcome to Keen's Martial Arts Academy. We are located in Upland, PA at the corner of 6th Street and Upland Avenue in the Crozer Mills Enterprises Business Park.

We are minutes from I-95, 10 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport, Commodore Barry Bridge to NJ and 15 minutes from Delaware.

We offer training in traditional martial arts, self defense and more.

We have certified instructors who are CPR and First Aid certified. Many of our instructors are also EMT, Paramedic, RN and Personal Trainers with years of experience.

Our facility is over 5,000 square feet with 3 classrooms, private dressing rooms, a climate controlled waiting room with closed circut TV for family and guest to watch classes. Our classrooms have heat and air conditioning for a health club like environment.
